Aerosol conditioning units are necessary to adjust substance concentrations and to refine particle
properties according to the experiment design.
- Conditioning units for the preseparation of large and small aerosol particles via impaction or
cyclone units
- Reverse flow mixing devices for thorough mixing of the aerosol with fresh air
- Discharge units are available for reducing the electrical charges on aerosol particles
- Test atmosphere conditions (e.g. humidity) can be adjusted via the TSE Daco software

Combination of different aerosol conditioning methods together with a freely adjustable aerosol-to-air
ratio controlled via electronic flow controllers.
