To increase the digital visibility, online discoverability, and lead generation of our B2B products through a comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy, while supporting international sales activities, we are looking for a:

Digital Marketing Specialist (all genders)

Full-time | Permanent Position | Berlin

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility.
• Create images, graphics, and visual content for websites, social media channels, and marketing materials using AI image generation tools, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Optimize content for Answer Engines and AI-powered search systems (AEO), ensuring visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar platforms.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, product announcements), including audience segmentation and performance analysis.
• Manage and strategically expand social media channels.
• Create target-group-oriented B2B content (blog articles, white papers, case studies, social media posts) throughout the customer journey.
• Continuously analyze website, SEO, and campaign KPIs (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and derive optimization measures.
• Maintain and further develop the company website and product pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Support the planning of international trade fairs and events, including related digital communications.

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in digital B2B marketing with a proven track record of growing B2B products and brands.
• Strong hands-on experience in both technical and content-focused SEO; experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is a plus.
• Solid experience in designing and executing email marketing campaigns (e.g., HubSpot).
• Practical experience creating images and graphics with AI tools, as well as managing social media channels for B2B audiences
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; German language skills are advantageous.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social media analytics), Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and common SEO/marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). Experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
• Ideally, knowledge of the Life Sciences B2B market or a comparable technical/scientific B2B environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, self-motivation, structured and independent working style, and strong teamwork skills.
