Software Development Manager (m/f/d)

TSE Systems GmbH is looking to fill a management position to lead our software development team in Berlin-Adlershof. Your job will be to lead our software team reliably and competently. You should have no reservations about new technologies and their implementation in order to ensure the future viability of our team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a team lead/software development manager. Experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hardware-related programming. We develop integrated complex system software for our measurement and evaluation systems.
• Good knowledge of German (B2) and good knowledge of English (B2)
• Independent style of working with a high level of commitment and team spirit
• High level of leadership and communication skills and lead your team to success with a strong innovative drive
• You keep a cool head even in challenging situations.

The following knowledge/experience is also an advantage:

• Programming languages Delphi or Python
• Software testing
• Cooperation with external developers
• Source code version control systems (SVN/git)
