Inside Sales Associate (m/f/d)

Our growing company is searching for an inside sales associate who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The sales assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with existing and potential customers, creation and maintenance of information in our CRM system, and participation and execution of lead campaigns and pipeline in our St. Louis, MO office.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of address, customer and offer data in our CRM system
  • Monitoring of customer projects throughout the sales process
  • Supporting the Sales and Service teams in all administrative and organizational tasks
  • Involvement in the planning and execution of lead campaigns and in the development of lead pipelines
  • Prospecting activities, including cold calls, consistent follow-up calls, and setting meetings with customers to help close sales.
  • Participating in Open Orders Meetings and handle Order Processing and Confirmations
  • Reports to the Director of Sales

Qualifications

  • Education or experience in sales, marketing, or business practices
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Experience with CRM – preferably with Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
  • Data entry skills
  • Customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
