Service Technician (m/f/d)

Berlin with approx. 60% world-wide short assignments Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Installation, service, instruction and repair of our measuring and evaluation systems as well as their final test and quality check on site
  • Troubleshooting electrical and electronic components, as well as hardware adjustments / mechanics
  • Assembling and setting up PCs with hardware and software components
  • Independent technical preparation of your assignments
  • Device training (hardware and software) on site at the customer’s premises
  • 24-hour service hotline (rotating in the technician team)

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in the field of communication electronics, power electronics or electromechanics or completed technical studies (BSc, MSc, engineer)
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Good knowledge of German and English (language skills from Southern and Eastern European countries are also welcome)
  • Good IT skills (hardware and software installation, Windows OS, MS Office)
  • Flexibility, helpfulness and a high degree of commitment
  • Class B driving license
  • Enjoyment of business trips
  • Open-mindedness and professional interaction with our customers from foreign cultures
  • Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills and organizational skills as well as independent and self-reliant action are your hallmarks
